the earthquake victims in Haiti - please keep the people of Haiti in your prayers as they try to recover from this terrible tragedy. If you would like to make a donation to one of the congregations in Haiti, see Bill Butterfield or Janet Anderson and they can steer you in the right direction.

Pat Little - Pat's mother passed away this afternoon (February 28). Gary is with Pat in Baltimore right now. The rest of the family will be coming soon. The funeral will possibly be Friday. Please keep Pat, Gary and the rest of the family in prayer.

Mary & Gene Balthaser - first of all, Mary Balthaser broke her leg in Florida. She had surgery and is currently undergoing rehab and seems to be 100% better. Next, Gene developed a ruptured appendix which required emergency surgery. Both Gene and Mary are doing as well as can be expected at this time, but it is uncertain when they will be well enough to return back to Virginia. Please keep Mary & Gene in your prayers.

Linda Seeton - This has been a very hard couple of months on Linda. Back in January she lost her daughter Laura very suddenly which has depressed her quite a bit. On top of that her medications and physical health have forced her to go back to Sentara Hospital for at least a few days while they monitor her vitals and try to get her blood levels back up to normal. Please keep Linda in prayers. She is very tired these days but would love to receive calls (she has her cell phone with her).
LATEST NEWS: Linda had her surgery and everything went very well. There was no sign of cancer at all! She will spend the better part of the next week recuperating at the hospital before returning home. She is in room #305 at Sentara Hospital.

Rachel Moffitt - Rachel has started a new chemo drug. The other wasn't able to be tolerated. This is the final drug that is available for her. Please keep Rachel in prayer that this chemo will work for her.

Stacia Landrom - Stacia will be traveling by plane this week and has requested prayer for safe travel. Please keep her in prayer.

Mary Ann Fields - Mary Ann had foot surgery again. She is recovering at home. Please keep Mary Ann in your prayers.

Samantha Julian - Samantha has hurt her hand and is requesting prayers for healing. Please keep Sam in prayer.

Deborah Sabb & daughter - Deborah Sabb had emergency knee surgery again. Her daughter also had emergency surgery this past week. Please keep both Deborah and her daughter in prayer as they recover.

Beth Bryant - Peggy Boarman has requested prayer for Beth Bryant and family. Beth lost her husband. They live in Houston, Texas and her husband died at work in Africa. Please keep this family in prayer.

Joyce Burton - Peggy Boarman has also requested prayer for her daughter, Joyce Burton. She lost a close friend, Missy. She was 48 and on the heart transplant list. Please keep Joyce in prayer.

Donnie Bartlett's grandmother - Donnie & Sue Bartlett request prayer for Donnie's grandmother, Marie Carlson. She had surgery this past week.

Donnie Bartlett's family - Donnie & Sue have also requested prayer for Donnie's brother and sister-in-law who are having marital difficulties. Please keep them in prayer.

Sue Bartlett - Sue Bartlett is home recovering from pneumonia. Please keep Sue in your prayer.

Crystal Johnson - Crystal Johnson has requested prayer concerning her blood and her heart. Please keep Crystal in prayer.

Marie Templin - Prayers have been requested for Marie Templin. The doctors keep changing her medications on her and she is not adjusting well. She also has moved recently and this is a big adjustment for her. Please pray there will be some stability in her life.

Juanita Bailey's brother-in-law - Juanita's brother-in-law is now home and not doing well at all. The doctors have done all they can do for him. Please keep him as well as the family in prayer.

Sharon Moss' cousin - Sharon Moss has requested pray for her cousin, Terry that has been diagnosed with cancer and will be having surgery soon.

Helen Yancer's cousin - Helen's cousin has advanced MS and has been moved from the nursing home to ICU. The prognosis is not good.

Beth Gross - Beth Gross, who has worshipped with us several times in the past month, had surgery and is having a hard time with the recovery. She is a childhood friend of Marian Clayton. Please pray that Beth will recover quickly.

George Bailey - George Bailey is having problems with gout and it is possible he may have to have a toe removed. Please keep George and Vernelle in prayer.

Sheryl Jackson's father - Sheryl has requested prayer for her dad. He is on a heart monitor.

friend of Crystal Vega - Erica Regester, a friend of the Vegas that lives in Moorefield, WV is in remission and has found a bone marrow match. Please keep Erica and family in prayer. May God bless her with a successful transplant and that she will finally be cancer free.

Debbie Wagner's sister - Debbie's sister, Kimberly Travis in Athens, Alabama, is doing better day by day. Please pray continue to pray for Kimberly and her family. They have been through so much.

Roberta Brown - Roberta Brown is having a difficult time with the cold weather. Please keep Roberta in prayer.

the Gautier family - Lucena Rojas has requested we continue to pray for the Gautier family. Sharon's tumor has gotten smaller as well as the hole in her throat. Sharon is terminal and has been given the time line of March to live.

the Lopez family - Daniel Lopez has been sent to California for a month and then he will be deployed to Abu Dhabi UAE for a year. Please pray for Daniel's safety as well as for Melanie and the boys as they cope with Daniel being away.

Peggy Boarman's granddaughter - Peggy has requested prayer for her granddaughter Sara. She has been having a very difficult time.

Gil Richardson, Jr. - Amy Girimont's brother, Gil Richardson is not doing well. Please continue to pray for Amy and her family.

Art Sass - Art has some serious health concerns. He is in need of God's help and our prayers. Please keep Art and Eleanore in prayer.

Edward Garner - Eva Garner's husband, Edward is doing a little better. Please keep Edward and Eva in prayer.

Hubert Hull - Eva Garner has requested prayer for Hubert Hull. He suffered a brain aneurysm that is bleeding. He was taken off life support last week and is still in a coma, but breathing on his own. He is in St. John's Hospital in Springfield, MO and a member of the church in West Plains, MO.

Rene Kassing - Rene fell recently and broke her hand. Her hand is in a cast at this time. She is also on oxygen and the doctors have taken her driving privileges away from her as well. Please also remember Bill, her husband in prayer too, as he had surgery recently.

Regina Clark - Regina continues to deal with MS. She needs us to continue to pray for her.

Mary Van Horn - Mary is at home with her daughter Marj. Further considerations are being considered.

Ryan Murray and his fellow troops - Ryan Murray has requested that we pray for him and his team as they are fighting to keep us safe. Please encourage Ryan and his fellow troops.

Ray Rushmore - is a member of the Coast Guard & has been deployed to Iraq. It would be great to encourage Ray and keep him & his family in prayer while he is away from his family and church family.

Yvonne Gordy - the daughter of Ella Jeanty is in Iraq & struggling. Please pray for her.

Timothy Renwick - John Renwick has requested prayer for his son, Timothy. He is in the US Army and serving at this time in Iraq. Please pray for Timothy and his safety.

those struggling with addictions - Prayer has been asked for Gabe and others like him who are trying to quit drugs and alcohol or who are struggling to be recovering addicts.

America's Warriors - Please keep the men and women in our Armed Forces in your prayers.

Students of World Bible School - We need to pray for the many souls that are being taught through World Bible School.

The Madison Retirement Center - has many problems and needs. Prayer has been requested for the leadership of this home.
