Pantry Items Needed - (June 28)
Spaghetti Sauce, Jellies of all kinds and canned meats of all kinds. NO noodles or rice at this time please.

Vacation Bible School - (June 28)
The Williamsburg Church of Christ Vacation Bible School will be held on Thursday August 5th - Saturday August 7th. The theme will be- High Seas Expedition Adventure. There is a sign-up sheets for helpers on the bulletin board. Registration for the kids will be coming soon. (See details in the calendar below)

More baptised into Christ! - (June 1)
Walter & Mary Lewis obeyed the gospel Wednesday evening. They have been attending services for several months. Liberty Rojas obeyed the gospel Sunday morning after class. She is just a child, but wants to serve the Lord. Please encourage Walter, Mary and Liberty and help guide them as they start their new walk with Christ.

Another member added to the Lord's family! - (May 18)
April Liptak obeyed the gospel Wednesday evening after studying with Mike and Regina Boisseau, Lucena Rojas, Michael Johnson, Susan Julian and Anthony Amoroso. April has been attending with us for a couple of months. Please make her feel welcome.

The Lord's family just keeps on growing! - (February 25)
From Bill: "Both Brianna Girimont and David Yancey were baptized into Christ after returning from Winterfest last Sunday night. About thirty of us gathered at the church building at 10:00 p.m. to await the return of our "kids" from Gatlinburg, TN and upon their arrival we witnessed the baptism of Brianna by Jeff Shy. We sang and prayed together before leaving. Several followed the group to the Gloucester, VA church building where David was baptized by a long time friend who now preaches at the Gloucester congregation. I am sure that the reception there was just as joyous and that much rejoicing was again enjoyed. We welcome Brianna and David to the family here in Williamsburg and pray for a beautiful spiritual journey as they make their way home to Heaven. We commit to them our encouragement along the journey!"

Another addition to the Lord's family! - (February 15)
We all rejoiced last Sunday at the baptism of Michaiah Vega! This was a great occasion for both the Vega family and the church family. This "unites" the Vega family in Christ and is such a joy and comfort to them all. Please congratulate Michaiah the next time you see her!

Two members of our church family get engaged! - (December 2)
Congratulations to Tiffany Bronsberg and Stephen Powers as they became engaged on Thanksgiving Day!

She answered the call of the Lord! - (December 2)
Congratulations to Madison Clayton for her decision to obey the gospel. Madison is a very sweet young lady who loves God.

Have any old cell phones or ink cartridges? - (posted March 3)
If anyone has old cell phones or old printer cartridges Bill & Linda Butterfield are collecting them for Bill's brother's granddaughter's mission work. She will be able to collect money for these items to help fund her mission trip. Please help!

AUGUST 2010

5-7, Thu-Sat. — VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL
The Williamsburg Church of Christ Vacation Bible School will be held on August Thursday 5th -- Saturday August 7th. The theme will be- High Seas Expedition Adventure. There is a sign-up sheet for helpers on the bulletin board. There is also a bulletin board with needed items. The times are as follows: Thursday and Friday 6:30- 8:30 p.m. & Saturday 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. with a cook-out to follow for the kids, their parents and VBS volunteers. Registration for the kids is available on the bulletin board. Please see Julie or Scott McNally for any questions you may have.

21, Sat. — BILL'S DEVOTIONAL BEGINS
The next Ladies Bible Class is scheduled for August 21st at 6:00 pm. It will be at Stacia LandromÕs home.

SEPTEMBER 2010

12, Sun. — ANNUAL CHURCH PICNIC
The annual church picnic will be September 12th. More details are to come.

18, Sat. — MEN'S GOLF OUTING
Invite a friend to join us; it will be great fun! At Hampton Golf Course. Tee time is at 8am, with the cost being $50 (includes: green fees, riding cart, lunch, and prizes). We need to get our money to Howard Moffitt as soon as possible! THERE IS ROOM FOR ALL OF THOSE THAT WISH TO PLAY! LEVEL OF SKILL HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ELIGIBILITY! THIS IS A TIME FOR US TO ENJOY FUN, FOOD, AND FELLOWSHIP!

23, Thu. — BILL'S DEVOTIONAL BEGINS
Bill starts his monthly devotional on September 23rd. It will be held every 4th Thursday.

25, Sat. — LADIES DAY
The Ladies Day, "A Spiritual Spa" is planned for September 25th from 9:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. All ladies are encouraged to attend. Sign up on the sheet on the main bulletin board. The speakers will be several of our own ladies from the congregation.

OCTOBER 2010

29-31, Fri-Sun. — LADIES OUTER BANKS TRIP
There is a ladies Outer Banks trip being planned October 29-31. There is an information sheet on the mail bulletin board. Please look over the sheet and sign up if you are interested. There is limited space so it is on a first come, first pay basis.
